Jehucal ships worldwide! Whether you’re in the UK, Austria, America, China, Australia, Canada or even Croydon, we will get your Jehucal to you.

All orders are shipped within 3 working days and all customers are provided with a tracking code once their order is shipped.

Free UK standard shipping for orders over £100, free express shipping for UK orders over £250.

UK SHIPPING

Standard Shipping

• UK standard shipping is shipped within 3 working days, once shipped, items are delivered within 2 working days.
• UK standard shipping is £3.50
• UK orders over £100 automatically receive free shipping at checkout
• On the rare occasion we are unable to ship your order within 3 working days, we will refund your shipping fee.

Express Shipping

• UK express shipping is the way to get your Jehucal ASAP
• For orders placed by midday (UK time) we will ship your order same day and it will be delivered within 1 working day
• For orders placed after midday (UK time) your order will be shipped the next day
• UK express shipping is £6.50
• UK orders over £250 automatically receive free express shipping
• On the rare occasion we are unable to ship your order within 1 working day, we will refund your shipping fee.

International Shipping

For international orders, we ship via Royal Mail, UPS, DPD and Hermes in order to get the best price and mosst efficient shipping option dependant on your delivery address.

Standard Shipping

• Standard shippign is shipped within 3 workign days
• The price of shipping is calculated at checkout, the price of shipping will depend on the weight of your order, and the delivery adress
• All orders are insured against loss and damage.
• Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking code and shipping confirmation email or text.

Express Shipping

• Express orders placed before midday (UK time) will be shipped same day
• Express orders placed after midday (UK time) will be shipped the next working day
• Express international shipping is calculated at checkout.

EXCHANGES

Although we quality check all items before shipped, we are human and once in a blue moon we may make a mistake. If an item arrives faulty, please make us aware immediately by contacting contact@jehu-cal.com and include your order number so we can quickly exhcange it.

All sales are final. Jehucal will only accept returns for the following reasons:

1) The item you are sent is faulty and we are unable l to replace it due to lack of stock. However you must have notified us via contact@jehu-cal.com within 3 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and proof of the fault.

Exchanges

We do accept exhcanges but this is at the expense of the customer. If you are not 100% satisfied with the size/colour you have chosen, you have up to 7 days, including weekends, after receiving your order to email contact@jehu-cal.com stating you would like an exchange.

Exchanges are at the expense of the customer, you will find all the instructions required to complete an exchange in your order. Once we receive and check your package back we will ship your replacement within 7 working days.

If you have lost the exchange form, please email contact@jehu-cal.com and we'll have one emailed to you.

In order to return or exchange garms they need to be the the same condition as received i.e. not washed, no stains etc

Please do not attempt to return any items without first emailing.

We do not provide cash refunds except for the first reason above.
