Jehucal ships worldwide! Whether you’re in the UK, Austria, America, China, Australia, Canada or even Croydon, we will get your Jehucal to you.

All orders are shipped within 3-5 working days and all customers are provided with a tracking code once their order has been shipped.


  • Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure they enter the correct shipping address
  • Once the order is shipped Jehucal is not responsible for the delivery e.g. if an item is undelivered/goes missing due to an inccorect address
  • International customers (outside of the UK) are responsible for import/duty fees where applicable
  • If your order is returned to us due to the customer not accepting the delivery, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee to have the order shipped to them again. The order will not be cancelled & refunded.


Standard Shipping

  • UK standard shipping is shipped within 3-5 working days, once shipped, items are delivered within 2 working days.
  • UK shipping is free

Express UK Shipping

  • UK express shipping is the way to get your Jehucal ASAP
  • For orders placed by midday (UK time) we will ship your order same day and it will be delivered within 1 working day
  • For orders placed after midday (UK time) your order will be shipped the next day
  • UK express shipping is £6.50
  • On the rare occasion we are unable to ship your order within 1 working day, we will refund your shipping fee.

International Shipping

For international orders, we ship via Royal Mail, UPS or DPD in order to get the best price and mosst efficient shipping option dependant on your delivery country.

Standard Shipping

  • The price of shipping is calculated at checkout. The price of shipping will depend on the weight of your order, and the delivery country
  • All orders are insured against loss and damage.
  • Customers will be liable to pay for any customs/import taxes due upon delivery
  • Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking code and shipping confirmation email or text


All sales are final.

Jehucal will only provide cash refunds for the following reason:

1) The item you are sent is faulty and we are unable to replace it due to lack of stock. However you must have notified us via within 3 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and proof of the fault.

If your item does not arrive damaged, then you will only be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Please see below.


We do accept exhcanges. If you are not 100% satisfied with the size/colour you have chosen, you have up to 7 days, including weekends to get in contact (see email above).

To file for an exchange, please use the "Returns/Exchanges portal" in the menu.

The exchange process

  • Once you submit an exchange request we will respond to your request within 7 working days.
  • Once your request has been approved you'll be sent a pre-paid return shipping label.
  • Once we receive and check your package, we will ship your replacement within 7 working days.
  • Please note the item must be returned in perfect condition or your exchange will be invalid and we will send the item(s) back to you.

Exchange options

  • You can exchange your order for any other item (subject to availability) up to the value of your original order.
  • If the value is less than your original order you will be issued store credit for the difference.
  • If the value is above the cost of your original order, you will be invoiced for the outstanding amount. This will need to be paid before your exchange is shipped to you.
  • If you are unable to exhcange your item or would like to wait for a futute Jehucal release, we will issue you with store credit for the value of your order.

In order to return or exchange garms they need to be in perfect condition as received i.e. not washed, no stains etc

Please do not attempt to return any items without first using the return portal.

We do not provide cash refunds except for the reason stated above.

If you purchase an item that is listed as a pre-order, once this order is placed there is no option to cancel the order for a refund. Please note that the delivery date provided is the best estimate provided by our suppliers and can be subject to delays out of our control. If a delay occurs and you do not want to wait, you can request store credit for the value of your order or an exchange for a different item that is ready to ship.

2. When will my order be shipped?

Whenever we drop new items on a Friday, all items are shipped by Tuesday. Aside from this, all orders are shipped within 3 working days.

3. Do you ship outside of the UK?

Yes mate, JEHU-CAL ships worldwide. We’ve shipped orders to America, Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia, no matter where in the world you are, we will get your JEHU-CAL to your front door.

4. Can I return my order

Nah mate sorry but all sales are final, we’re doing you a favour because in the next year or so you’ll be able to resell your JEHU-CAL for ££££ and I truly cannot be bothered to sort out returns I’m not ASOS. But we do offer exchanges xxx
