SHIPPING:
- Jehucal offers worldwide shipping.
- Orders are typically shipped within 5-15 working days and come with a tracking code for all customers.
UK SHIPPING:
Standard Shipping:
- Standard UK Shipping is free
- Orders are delivered within 2 working days once shipped.
Express UK Shipping:
- If ordered before midday, we aim to ship same day
- If ordered after midday, we will aim to ship the next working day
- £6.50 flat rate
- Delivered within 1 working day.
- Express shipping will be refunded if it is delayed by more than 2 working days
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
- We use Royal Mail and DHL
- Shipping price calculated at checkout.
- All orders insured against loss and damage.
- Customers responsible for customs/import taxes.
- Tracking codes and confirmation emails provided upon shipment.
REFUNDS:
- All sales are final.
- Cash refunds provided only for faulty items, reported within 3 days of delivery, and if a replacement is unavailable.
EXCHANGES:
- Exchanges accepted within 7 days of receipt.
- Please use the "Returns/Exchanges portal" in the menu.
Exchange process:
- Request approval within 7 working days.
- Receive a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Replacement shipped within 7 working days after item is received back
- If you need to exchange the item again, the cost of shipping the item back to Jehucal and being shipped out again will be at cost to the customer
- Returned item must be in perfect condition to be valid for exchange.
Exchange options:
- Exchange for any item, size or colour you prefer.
- If the value is lower, you will receive store credit for the difference.
- If the value is higher, you’ll be sent a payment link to pay the outstanding amount before shipping.
- Option for store credit if unable to exchange.
You must use the return portal for exchanges/returns.
PRE-ORDERS:
- Pre-order items are non-refundable.
- Delivery dates are estimated and subject to supplier delays.
Store credit or exchange available if delays are too long and the product is no longer wanted.
IMPORTANT:
- Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided as we cannot be held responsible for undelivered items due to address errors.
- If an order is returned due to the customer not accepting the delivery, the customer must cover the reshipping fee.
- International customers are responsible for any applicable import/duty fees.
